Shipping is free, but please note that import/duty taxes might be required at delivery in UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, some European countries. It usually ranges from and up, depending on the doll. The buyer is responsible for import taxes and fees. But, we are happy to split the duty fees with you after you’ve sent us your commercial invoice, we usually are ok to bear 50% of the Charge.

  • Your doll will be delivered directly to your doorstep (unless you contact DHL/FedEx/UPS/USPS to hold for pickup) in a discreet plain, unmarked cardboard box.
  • Customs Agents may open and inspect your doll during transport.
  • It is the responsibility of the Buyer make sure that the product purchased is allowed and legal in the Buyer’s country. We will not issue refund if your product is confiscated by customs. Please contact local customs for clarification if you are unsure about the laws.
  • A signature is required for delivery.

Order Confirmation

Once you place your order you will receive a confirmation email from quovadis-ruocco. Orders placed on weekdays will be processed on the same day. Orders placed on weekends will begin processing the following Monday.

We review each and every order manually to ensure that all of the customization options are in order and that the doll you have ordered will meet your expectations. Please reply to this email to let us know that everything is accurate and that there are no mistakes.

Once you have replied to our confirmation email letting us know that everything is accurate, we start the manufacturing process. After confirmation of your order details, the order can’t be canceled for any reason.

PRODUCTION: The Average Estimated Production Time is 7-15 days. There are no production delays. However keep in mind that’s an average as there can be variables that determine each individual orders actual time frame.

Kindly Noted: All orders of in-stock dolls are processed immediately and therefore can’t be canceled.

Due to holidays, festivities or unavoidable circumstances, delays may occur during the manufacturing or shipment of the product.

According to our sales experience for many years, if the package is improperly transferred and the delivery time exceeds 12 business days (except customs clearance time).

For all made-to-order dolls, we will send you photos before making the shipment. Please make sure you submit the correct email address so that you can receive your doll photos.

Your doll will be labeled “mannequin” (for customs clearance).

Billing statement on your credit card will show a charge from quovadis-ruocco or “quovadis-ruocco Robot“.

Be aware, that Customs Agents may open your doll box for inspection and to determine import taxes for customers outside the USA.

If you do not want to receive the order at your home, you can always have it held for pickup at a FedEx store (US orders) or DHL store (rest of the world) and you can pick it up there at your convenience. Once you receive your tracking number simply contact the shipping company (UPS/DHL/FedEx) and arrange to have it held for pickup at your nearest location. Photo ID and signature are required for delivery.

Cancellations & Returns

Products that are offered for sale via the Website are made-to-order for each Buyer by the respective Sellers. Accordingly, the following applies to refunds and returns for any Products purchased by a Buyer:

  • Orders may be cancelled by the buyer within 24 hours from the time of purchase for a refund which will be applied to the buyers original method of payment and there will be a 10% processing fee. quovadis-ruocco, must receive the cancellation request within the 24 hour period with no exceptions.
  • quovadis-ruocco will confirm order details via email with Buyer, if Buyer confirms the order details as correct, starting from that moment the order cannot be cancelled or returned for any reason. If Buyer wants to modify, edit or upgrade the order he has to reach out quovadis-ruocco, asap in order to request the changes and to see if the changes are possible. We will do our best to accommodate, but there are no guarantees.
  • Once the product is shipped to the buyer, THE SALE IS FINAL, and it can’t be cancelled or returned for any reason.
  • No returns are accepted under any circumstances. All sales are final. Due to the nature of sex dolls & toys, returns are not allowed for any reason.
  • All In-stock Dolls: including US Stocks, EU Stocks, CAN Stocks, FR Stocks. All orders of in-stock dolls are processed immediately and therefore can’t be canceled.

Returns and Exchange

Due to the nature of this product, it is not possible for us to provide an exchange or refund as there are multiple concerns such as hygiene. Please understand that this is the normal practice within the sex dolls industry.

Defective items

If your shipment is damaged upon delivery please take photos of damage of outside packaging and photos of damage done to the doll and file a claim with the shipping carrier immediately.

If the doll is defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery including the pictures or videos of the defective part. According to your problem, we will provide one of the solutions below:
